What you get

• Your tickets are auto-tagged priority and surface first in staff queues
• Same applies to department applications: yours get reviewed in the next sweep, not the next batch

What it isn't

• Not "skip the line in-game" — that's a separate item
• Not "guaranteed yes" on applications — your stuff is just seen sooner, not judged differently
• Not for emergency / safety stuff — those go straight to the top regardless
