What you get

• A Discord role named whatever you want (within reason — staff approval on edgy stuff)
• A custom hex color (rendered everywhere your name appears)
• Position above member roles so it's the visible one

What it doesn't do

• No mod permissions, no channel access changes — it's purely cosmetic
• Doesn't stack with department roles (those still show via their own positioning)
